87 f250 radio/speaker wiring help

This is an 87 F250 Lariat

So the guy I got my truck from had put some aftermarket gauges in place of the factory radio and removed the speakers as well. I'd like to remove the gauges and install a head unit and aftermarket speakers. Seems like things got pretty hacked up in there and I can't tell what is what.

1. Behind the gauges are a 2 black connectors, one a male one female. One end is hacked up with wires cut. Not sure what the deal is there...

2. There are also some other wires not apart of the harnesses that are just straight cut, not sure if they were part of the radio, speakers, or something else. Any Ideas?

3. On the drivers side door I saw 2 black wires, one that looked black/green and another that looked black/light blue. I was hoping those were for the speakers. Any ideas?

I wanted to post some pictures to see if anyone could help me make sense of what I need to do to get a radio working.

Thanks in advance

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yes, power locks and windows. They function fine.

Looks like a lot my wire colors aren't matching up.. so confused.

Also looks like maybe the connector that was cut off was from another radio that was just left plugged in?

I saw that site. I don't even have a gray pin harness. I'm guessing that got hacked off. This will be fun.

Question,

Are the 2 wires in the front doors supposed to be the same colors as what I see in the radio harness? Bc in both front doors I only have 2 loose wires and no speakers they are black/green and black/white.
