I assume you mean the dash cover and not the whole dash. I don't have pictures nor can I point to a how-to. But, here's how to from my memory:
  1. Pull the headlight switch **** off. I believe there's a how-to on that, but there are two ways:
    1. There's a notch in the back of the **** with a tab that can be pulled rearward into the notch, releasing the ****.
    2. There's a button on the headlight switch itself. Contort yourself to get to the button and push it while pulling the **** out.
  2. Pull the wiper switch **** off using the #1 way from the headlight switch.
  3. Pull the one screw that holds the black wrap piece on the steering column and remove it by spreading it open.
  4. Pull the two screws that hold the trim piece below the steering column and remove it.
  5. Pull the few screws along the front edge of the dash cover
  6. Pull the screws in the defroster ducts up by the windshield
  7. Remove the cover

Gary,

The dash pad can be removed by just using step #5 and #6.

Oh, you are right! Duh! I was thinking of the instrument bezel AND the dash cover. (Why do I always make things harder than they should be!?!? )

Thanks for catching that, David.
