Crew Cab Running Boards/Nerf Bars
I hear you man my wife is 5'4". Even with OEM tires she'd still need steps.
Anyone know if factory style nerf bars from 2001 would fit on a 1995? They look to be frame mount style.
I don't want to run into the problem mentioned above about being to close to the cab and be pointless.
Thanks.

97 and older trucks do NOT have structural rockers like the 99+ trucks

I just used some thick rebar, and a HF pipe bender and they turned out great.
looking for a set for my CC. Don't really like the diamond plate stainless steel models (slipped on a set when they were wet!).
I prefer boards but can't find any that look good on this truck.
I found the simple and plain nerf bars (round 3" tube style) in chrome and black.
Also, found the off road style N-Fab Nerf bars with steps at each door.
What are some of you guys running on your trucks?
Pics if you can.
Thanks
