My truck runs like junk, C4 trans to 3.50 gears revving 2,800 @ 65 and I get 19 highway.

Your would be correct, SROD overdrive transmission with a 3.33 rear gear. I have taller than stock tires also. I drive 35 miles each way to work and back all but a few mile is on the interstate.
