As for going new - IH AC 160s are new too, readily available on the shelf. They are engineered for this engine, so it's not really reaching too far out of the box (going custom). ACs, more air, tuning, transmission upgrade... there's no escaping the Buck$Zooka if you go beyond ADs.

When Injectors come due for me the new IH AC 160s look like the first place I'll look.....but I only have 102K on the originals at this point and so far she is running decent.
Did the OP state his goals for the truck? Maybe I missed that......

I took that as he's maxed out on the tuning alone thing, and he want's a bump - without going all ladder bars and bigger fuel pumps.
