Try using a long flat tip screw driver. That's what I used and it worked for me.

Ok, do I just push straight back or upward? I don't want to break it. And then how do I get it back on when I put it back together?

This is the video I used to remove mine, as I have a Screw and he goes a little more in detail about the removal and where the box is for the keyless entry.

Ok, got the code and set my personnel code but my personal code won't let me activate or deactivate the auto lock feature, I have to use factory code. Is this normal? And is there a way to put the windows down with the keypad? So basically all I can do so far is lock or unlock the truck with my personal code and that's it

Programming a personal entry code
To create your own personal entry code:
1. Enter the factory set code (keypad will illuminate when pressed).
2. Within five seconds press the 1 • 2 on the keypad.
3. Enter your personal 5-digit code. Each number must be entered within five seconds of each other.
4. After the code is entered, the locks will cycle, confirming that the new code has been set.
Tips:
• Do not set a code that uses five of the same number.
• Do not use five numbers in sequential order.
• The factory set code will work even if you have set your own personal code.
• If you set a second personal code it will erase your first personal code.

Erasing personal code
1. Enter the factory set 5–digit code.
2. Press and release 1 • 2 then,
3. Press and hold the 1 • 2 for two seconds. This must be done within five seconds of completing Step 1.
Your personal code is now erased and only the factory set 5–digit code will work.
