My 2007 F150 Crew Cab Drivers door moves in and out wile driving, also it sounds like I can hear the outside air coming in. I checked the rubber weatherstrips and all seem to be in tact. Can someione tell me if this is a common problem, or how to fix. Thank you!
Do I just loosen the 3 torx screws and move, or will it be jammed, also do you know what size they are being that I do not own a set of torx drivers. Thank you!
It usually is a small adjustment, maybe 1/16". Scribe a line or make a mark where it is now. Loosen the fasteners slightly and tap the assembly 'IN' toward the cabin. Tighten it back up and try that. I have the 4 door standard cab that they made for a few years, and if I don't forcefully close the driver's side rear door, it will shake on bumps. I've just never got around to adjusting it. It is a handy space behind the seat and I use it all the time.

My 08 Extra cab has the same " loose rattle with wind noise" I tried to adjust but the Torks self center and bring strike back to original location :/. Any thoughts?

You are loosening them too much. Also use a pry bar in the striker loop to help hold it, as it will want to twist on you when tightening the torx screws.
