New truck and only 1 question so far

Hi I just got a 96 f250 4x4 7.3 and auto tranny 4in lift, so far ive replaced upper and lower ball joints both sides, all the front wheel bearings and replaced tie rods and all 4 shocks. The front end of the truck on the right side wants to sit sagged down, any ideas? the only thing left I can think of is leaf springs.

Hi Tyler,
Not sure if your issue is with the leaf springs but, if so, I Highly recommend ATS (Jr. or Bob) for replacements....they are extremely knowledgeable on all the issues on these Fords and their pricing is very good. I've been very happy with their products. Good luck!

Could just be the bushings on the springs are worn out, but with that heavy 7.3 and the TTB front axle combo a FULL inspection is in order. One more thing, did you notice this after backing up, like into a parking space? Those TTB's do strange things when you back up.

Thanks for the replies, if I back in to a parking spot I get negative camber on that tire if I pull into a spot the truck still leans tire straight but the lean of the truck isn't AS bad but its still bad, ive already done wheel bearings ball joints and tie rods as I stated earlier, any way to really check the leaf bushings or leafs?

I had that issue, come to find out the center bushing and bolt where the TTB "Hinges" together was worn out and had to be replaced. Seriously, when I would back up, the tires took on a pyramid shape. As soon as I had the front end shop replace it...the issue was gone. You might have a look at that. On the leaf numbers, I'd still talk to Bob or Jr. at ATS....they can do a cross reference on those leaf springs for you. I think JR. is on this board too.

The center bushings were the next thing I was going to suggest also. The bushings are not expensive and can be done with a good selection of jacks, jack stands, pry bars, hammers, and other basic tools.

There are two pivot bushings and you can probably reuse your bolts.
