I bought a stock height F150 4x4 that has a negative camber issue. I read about "adjustments" and only seem to find offset kits. I was told there was front end work done and it seems to drive fine. I think at this point it was simply tie rod ends. I know nothing about these style axles. I am starting to think my springs are tired after picking up the front end with a forklift and setting it back down. I watched for ball joint movement, I tried to get some movement out of them while in the air. They didn't seem to be the problem. I have had the truck in 4wd and would like to "tighten up" the front end and fix the camber issue. I plan on doing axle u-joints while getting at the wheel bearings and brakes. Again the ball joints don't seem to be the issue and I really want to make sure I check all areas needing attention. The truck has 200k on it with a new motor and tranny. I plan on putting some more serious miles on it . Help would be appreciated, I want to order needed parts ASAP and it needs tires (that I don't want to ruin)

Reason: specifying
If it needs camber adjustments, then you need adjustable camber bushings or cams that attach to the ball joint. There are different ones for 2wd and 4wd, so make sure you get the correct ones.
Worn out springs may be a big culprit as well. I had similar problems and I decided to try out new and heavier duty springs and it fixed my problems. I used springs from an f250 with a 460
Thanks guys. Already know more about this axle than I did one day ago. That's a good video there. Certainly enough to get started. $80 springs from Bronco Graveyard. DONE!
