Front wheel positioning

Greetings, the other day I was following a buddy to his house and he mentioned that it looks like my front tires are leaning in slightly towards the center of the truck (93 4x4). Is this normal, or are the coil springs getting tired? I know alignment on this type of suspension is totally dictated by the twin I beams... so if the springs are sagging a bit, it would cause the wheels to move inward. Or I could be completely wrong, and this is normal. Oh btw, it does have 195,000+ miles on it, so it would be no shock to me that the springs aren't shall we say fresh anymore...lol

Any info will be greatly appreciated!

Springs won't cause that. They will cause the front end to sag.
You probably have worn ball joints.

mine was that way-with only 85,000 miles, put in new ball joints, both sides, top & bottom. helped out the negitive camber / \ but still looked like there was a little bit of negitive camber. took it to a alignment shop and 91 bucks later all is well. didnt pull to the side any before, was wearing slightly on the inside edges of the tires, but not as bad as i thought it would considering the amount of lean. now i have a fully greasable front end. only took me 4 hrs to do both sides, it helped that i had the front axle apart last sept to replace my axle u-joints. if you do it yourself, use plenty of anti-seize at the spindle/steering knuckle mounting, you never know when you may need in there again.
