detroit locker ?

detroit locker ?
i have a 2005 f150 with a 9.75in. rear and 3.73 gears i am looking at a detroit locker to install and was wondering if anyone has any experience with this install? not sure if this is a driveway deal or some special tool situation. thanks for everything!!

This is the install on a GM , but I think it would be very similar to the Ford,
would want it on a lift , even on a lift , it's a pain. IMHO . not hard , or many tools , just a pain.
