My '94 F250 4x4 is missing the jack, handle, and spare tire. My local junkyard just got in a '95 F150 2x4 that has the factory jack and handle. My question is are the jacks the same between the 150s and 250s and 4x4 and 2x4?
While I can't directly answer your question, I can give you some unsolicited input. We have a few trucks for work and they go all sorts of places and pull trailers constantly. I have found that, when needed, the factory jack and accessories can seem a bit, well, punny. My advice to you would be to get a small bottle jack and handle and throw it in your toolbox or behind the seat. It won't be that much larger than the factory jack, and will be a lot more versatile.
IIRC from owning my F-250, yes the jacks are the same. Definitely the same handles.
landscpain'94f150, I find the factory jack to actually be useful sometimes. Not really for lifting the truck (except to change a tire) but I've used it to apply pressure to things plenty of times, like when my hitch was rusted into the receiver I just put it up against the bumper and used it to push the hitch outwards while I put the torch and sledge to it.
