Urgent Winch Question

Okay cool! Now i get it........assuming the Previous owner isnt a good friend or family member, go and kick him right square in the *****.........the PO added a dual exhaust im guessing, and the PTO off the side of the Transfer case was right in the way of exhaust routing......Thanks for the reps, i just hope everything works out well

Correct. He advertised it as everything being included for the winch, but I had to buy the PTO gear for the transfer case. It is not the gear itself that is in the way, but this reverser unit (see the third picture):

It goes exactly where the muffler is now.
I even have a guy that will help me with the fabrication, but there are just so many moving parts (literally and figuratively) that it will take a while to make it happen.
