2000 V10 issue

I have a 2000 Ford Excursion with 202000 miles and i was driving tonight and it started rough idling and shaking when i was driving. it really rough when im driving between 1000-2000 RPMs and it seems to lose some power when i take off when stooped but no check engine light is on. i have no idea what it could be.

Is it misfiring ? check your coil packs

found out whats wrong. its the 10th cylinder misfiring. had to drop it off at my shop.
