My truck just came out of the shop. Was in for spark plug change.
My parking sensor button is lighted up with OFF. I tried pressing it but it stays in OFF and no beeping occurring when in reverse and there are objects behind me.
What could it be? Fuse?
Thanks
This is due to an error in the park aid system. Could be bad sensor, failed module, or anything in between. You will need to have diagnostic equipment to run a self test on the system and see what codes are present, then follow the service manual from there.
But yes, it could be a blown fuse. Then the question becomes what part is bad that caused the fuse to blow?
