Cool Fuse Tools
Not sure if this is old news but sure did impress me:
Great for testing any blade-style fuse, it's adjustable to fit them all:
Cooper Bussmann/Fuse tester and puller (BP-FT-3-RP) | | AutoZone.com
Autozone sells these individually or in a small bubble package with extra fuses---nice to have in the glove box. Anyone who's ever poked around the cabin fuse block with an uninsulated test probe know all too well how easy it is to contact a good ground!
And:
A great idea for adding circuits or maybe connecting a test meter for tracing shorts or anything else related to trouble shooting a circuit.

Have indeed seen the Smart Glow stuff! Bought a few, never yet seen one of them in action though. Almost want to trip one just to see it work!
For my high powered stereo amp I have ANL fuses with the glow-in-the-dark feature.
Yeah those are indeed cheap fuse checking tools and given the frequency of use its just something nice to have at hand when needed. I'm keeping one in a little kit I've assembled and kept with a fuse chart right under my driver's seat.
