Cool Tools: Fuses
And:
Anyone who's ever fumbled around under the steering column, behind the brake pedal of a E-Series will quickly appreciate The Bussman tester. Too many times my Snap On test light with uninsulated probe has touched something metal---the resulting chaos ain't fun to endure.

The fuse socket connectors will be very useful for a lot of things---only you know how you'll use them!
Anyway thought those were note-worthy.
I've picked up a couple of Fuse Buddy brand products for my work:
The model 303B and 308B
Electronic Specialties Inc. Professional hand held automotive test equipment. Automotive Multimeter
Electronic Specialties Inc. Professional hand held automotive test equipment. Automotive Multimeter
The thing I like about the Fuse Buddy products is that you pop the fuse, insert it into the Fuse Buddy and then do your testing. That way the circuit is still properly protected.
Another handy thing to keep in you box are resettable circuit breakers which plug in like a fuse. Save a bundle in fuses when trying to track down an intermittent short. I get mine here:

The also sell AGC style versions.
One tool set I strongly considered after wiring and re-wiring things on my E250 is this by IPA: Fuse Saver® Standard Kit
Its available in the Master Kit but individual values are available too. The whole IPA site has some great tools but the fuse stuff is what attracted me initially.
