Royal Purple
I just purchased a 2010 Ford Expedition EL 4WD Eddie Bauer with 78000 mile on her. It is in fantastic shape and didn't need a thing but I was wondering if I should go ahead and do some fluid changes at this stage. I was thinking about swapping the fluids in the front and rear diff's, the transmission, and the transfer case with Royal Purple fluids. I have seen many episodes of Gears where they swapped out all of the fluids on a used vehicle with Royal Purple because of the quality of the oil and its longevity. If nothing else, I think it would be a good time to swap out the trans fluid along with a new trans filter from FOMOCO, just to be on the safe side. I've never used the Royal Purple products but wanted to get some opinions on it before laying out the dough for it since it is a little more expensive than regular oils.

Oil brands and types bring up long, long, long threads about which is better, etc. Royal Purple is a great brand. I would swap out what you can afford. Won't hurt. If you want a more in depth look, go to the Bob the oil guy forums, they have some really great info there.
