Timing a 1999 5.4 HELP!!!

I own a mobile mechanic business lol. Hmmm so jumping through the solinoid didn't work? Check the ground if that doesn't work then pull the starter and put jumper cables ti the starter. Put the ground on one of the bolt holes and tap the hot to the battery

I just did mine I put my crank keyway 12 and lined up the marks on the chain and cam sprockets all my marks are lined up am I right
