Cold start is out of this world.

Yes my 1987 F800 with 7.8 does better then I would have thought one of these could do. Been sitting for 6 days high temp was 37 degrees Ice snow and cold winds. Truck sitting outside in the weather. Lows down to 12 degrees 2 days ago.
Turned the key today, Fired off guessing one turn more then warm weather. So Happy Happy Happy for sure with how great the cold start is on these motors. had many cummins and Detroit and Cat's that you let grind for 30 second to just get smoke. This motor is almost as fast as you can turn the switch and get back off it. I will say after seeing it did not have glow plugs I was thinking it may be hard to start in cold weather. But not an issue at all.
