No bubbles in the fuel bowl. Got fuel all over the place however.

Moved grounds for fuel pressure gauge, still stays maxed.

Drained HFCM.

Got code P0282 now. Originally before the "new" injectors I had a P0284.

KOEO:

ICP = 43
IPR= 14.8
EBP = 14.4

Shouldn't my ICP be zero?

Just went out and wiggled the injector wiring harness beside the FICM while she was running. Engine sputtered and stumbled all over the place. Guess I'll be unwrapping all that wiring and taking a closer look.

I didn't read the whole thread but it may be something as simple as the FICM harness not being plugged in well.

Winner, winner, chicken dinner! I would have said there was no way the FICM connectors were loose. I use a long screwdriver to pry up under the connectors to make sure they are seated fully. But that was it, it seems. I was able to easily pull out the connectors. This time I used dielectric grease on the exterior of the plastic connectors and reconnected using my screwdriver pry method. Truck fired right up and ran smooth!

I like free repairs even more! I was trying to figure out how to tell the wife I had to spend $164 on a new harness after spending $700 on the injectors. Whew! Glad I didn't have to. Hopefully the connectors stay connected.
I took the truck out for a test drive. First time driving her (while running correctly) in almost two months and first time driving a tuned truck. And with the new injectors. She sure gets up and goes! Very responsive, rpms come up quick, and shifts are fast. Quick look at the boost gauge showed about 32psi when I put the pedal down. Might have seen a slight haze of smoke out of the stacks one time but that was it. But I was paying more attention to what was in front of me as 60+mph came up quick! I'm rolling the dice and drove her to work tonight. Hopefully no issues. Had to drive her, just so happy to have my truck back!
