That is with the new bearings. The turbo is one I bought a few years ago. But I guess I'll rebuild the excursion one. That one feels pretty tight still
Yep I would go with the one where the shaft feels tighter!

Yep lubrication is a key component for the shaft.

Nope not me. Haven't heard from Jake either in a long time.
Word on the street is that accident yesterday was suicide. She drove onto the tracks and parked there waiting for the train. That would explain why the train was stopped so soon after hitting the car. He saw her on the tracks ahead and tried to stop. I guess she was into drugs pretty heavy as well.
I have seen Michael on FB only a time or two lately and only Jake once or twice lately on FB also.

That is terrible. I feel more bad for the train operator than anything. Even though he was 100% not at fault he still has to deal with the effects.
No. I got the rust free used pan on. I put at least 3 coats of por 15 and a few coats of Eastwood chassis gloss black on it. Might attempt to get it back in the engine bay tonight
And a 1250lb rated engine stand will hold a 7.3
That's impressive, are you tied into the top 4 bolts
