No. I didn't plug it in all last winter either since I got the new batteries. Turned over and fired fine. It would just run for a couple seconds then die. Kind of weird.

Shouldn't have gelled. I do have additive in the tank.
Could have still possibly gelled just a little in the fuel lines. The concentration of additive might have been just a little less in the lines causing a slight gelling issue.
I very seldom run additive. I just put #1 in it when it gets real cold out. Then there is no worries.
