Bringing back an old thread! I finally got around to doing this on my crew cab. It was easy and very similar to the excursion. The biggest difference is the seat doesn't come out very easily! Other than that it's a great upgrade for the early super dutys.

I imagine doing it yourself must be a lot cheaper than getting the newer seat with the headrests from the later Super Duty! Nice job!
