What is the best way to adjust a speedometer on an 07 6.0L F250? Also if I wanted to change the shift points is there any way to do this with out tuning the truck? I have put a ton of time and effort into the truck and its only got 59,000 miles I plan on keeping it for many years to come.
I am running a SCT tuner with a set of tunes from Matt at Gearhead Automotive Performance
You can do something simple and not stress things like the
8K tow tune it is mostly transmission or the unlimited tow tune
that is only transmission. Or if you want to really pep things up
and NOT blow it up there is the SRL. I like the 8K gives a little more
get up and go but not so much I loose MPG and with that tuner you
can adjust both shift points and speedometer.
You could always give them a call and Matt can create something just for
your truck or point you to something that will meet you needs.
They are really good people.

The ONLY way to adjust the speedometer is with the proper tool that can access the computer and change the setting.
The ONLY way that the shift points can be changed is with a tune.
Does anyone have experience with innovative diesel? checked with gear head today and liked what I heard from them but if I am going to tune my truck I want it to be done right because I have put a ton of time, effort and money into my truck.
