I recently had a plug blow out of the engine in my 2000 Excursion V10. I had that repaired, paid the bill and drove it home. It has not started since then. I thought it was not getting fuel since it would turn over but would not start. I checked fuses and relays and they appeared to be okay. I could not hear the fuel pump start up when I turned the ignition on, so I replaced the pump. I am no better off than I was before I replaced the pump. Any ideas?
Check the fuel pressure at the rail. Make sure everything is connected like all sensors, fuel injectors and cops. Search the v10 forum down below as well.
Moved to the 6.8L forum where the experts in all things V10 related can get you squared away.

This issue is not necessarily a V10 specific thing as the 5.4 guys could have the same issue, I think we should leave it where it was, Just my thoughts..

Correct, it's not necessarily a V10 problem. However, because the OP has a V10, and this forum specifically addresses V10's in a more complete way than the Excursion forum does, it's better suited here than anywhere else.
There are a lot of problems the 6.8L engine and the 5.4L engine share. Just because the problems affect both platforms doesn't preclude a thread from being moved from the Ex forum to here, or even the 5.4L forum.
We (the Ex forum) are great at all things Excursion related, and we're pretty damn good for the different engine platforms too. But this forum has resident experts that don't go to the Ex forum. These guys can help a user tear an engine down, diagnose the smallest problem, and rebuild the engine better than it was.
First thing is check the fuel pressure. You should have 28-30PSI at idle, but since it's not running, cycle the key a few times, it should climb to around 38-40PSI with the engine not running.
