V10 wont start
Looking for help with a 99 E350 (yes E350) with V10. Im thinking fuel pump but have a sympton making me wonder if it is or not. Towed truck home running fine. I repo and brought it home to get it out of way in the lot. I drove it for about 60 miles with no problems until I was coming up exit ramp and stopped for traffic. It DIED. Wouldnt start let it set for a few seconds and it would start and die. Sometimes when holdng pedal on floor it will barely run for a few and DIE. Fuel pump right. Heres the question, I can turn on and hear pump running with cap off. Hmmmm pump maybe ok. Started digging and found I can pinch off the return line at fuel rail and get it to run but not right. Fuel pump???? Any ideas would be apprecitated. Has 120k on it. Thanks in advance for ideas.
