The screw clamp on the EGR is non-factory. Either someone is red necking the factory hose or you have a ghetto EGR delete hose leaking.

That too. As nasty as the top of the motor is it's hard to tell where it's all coming from. I'm with Bill. Give it a bath and recheck where your leak is. They can travel a long way on top of the motor and almost everything runs down the bell housing.
Alright guys here it is...check out this video!! I had someone start the truck so that I could watch the top of the engine to see if I could find a leak while motor was running after I cleaned it up a bit under there. There is some type of plate directly under the turbo, I have no idea what it is. But if you watch the video you can see the bolt moving with oil coming out, as well as oil/air seeping out from the edge of the plate. Another angle shows what really looks like coolant. I'd like to have your guys opinion on what exactly you think this is. Obviously that bolt needs to be tightened and it looks tricky to get too.
The video absolutely must be watched in 720HD so it's clear and I recommend full screen.
What I am trying to figure out is, what is that plate under the turbo? As you can see in the 2nd half of the video, there's coolant. You can also see oil seeping out from the edge of the plate. Just trying to figure out what that plate is?
That's one of the Turbo pedastal bolts. It looks stripped to me its just vibrating in place. All that oil all over screams hole in your Turbo to cac tube boot to me. Which is a common problem on these trucks. If the turbos loose it could be leaking oil at the drain tube. But it definitely looks green down there. I would try and tighten if that doesn't work your in for it.
