So I've been lurking on the forum for several weeks. I hope that ya'll can help me with this one. I have a 99 F350 with a 7.3 and have been having trouble.
The latest is P1210 - Injector Control Pressure Above Expected Level
I have replaced the the following:
Drivers side UVC harness
CPS - Motorcraft
IPR
ICP
Cleaned the EBPS
I followed the ICP test procedure everything tested fine until pin "C"
"C to Grd. > 1000 ohms Resistance less than 1000 ohms indicates a short to ground"
I had 0 ohms to ground for pin "C" this lead me to disconnect the 42 pin connector and test pin 22 or circuit 812 again 0 ohms to ground for pin 22.
I think this indicates a faulty PCM, any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

Looking at the wiring diagram, this does not bode well for your PCM, but I'm not there to say either way. You didn't mention your symptoms. Is the truck laggy, then it picks up on every shift to a higher gear? Does it not start? What happens when you pull the connector on the ICP and start the truck? Where did you buy your sensors/IPR? Any mods?
Sorry I left of the symptoms, The latest episode was two Thursdays ago I left work and the truck completely died about a mile down the road. I swapped in the old CPS and it would start a and barley run, it wouldn't take any throttle. Ended up having it towed home that night and it started fine in the yard.
The next night I started the truck and got a P1211 ICP pressure above/below desired. I cleaned all the sensor connectors with contact cleaner cleared the codes. The truck started and loped very badly. I watched the ICP pressure with the "AE" it would go from 724.5 to 882.98. That's what lead me to latest code and tracing and testing the ICP harness. As far as mods there was a Bully Dog chip that I removed a while back. I haven't tried starting with ICP unplugged, I will try that tonight
If you have AE, watch IPR duty cycle ( ICP %) and tell us what it's reading. Your ICP sounds normal for a cold start.
What are the outside temps when it's loping? Any smoke coming out the exhaust? How many miles on the truck? Does it run better after it's warmed up? Start up and idle better if it's plugged in for a couple of hours?
I think I have answered all of the questions, I appreciate everyone's effort.
IPR duty cycle was 8.98%
Outside temp was mid 60's
There was no noticeable smoke
I haven't had it warmed up lately to say, i'm afraid to drive to far from home.
I haven't had it plugged in yet.
I highly suspect your ICP sensor now. That IPR reading is a bit low for stock injectors, which indicates the ICP is telling the PCM the ICP is higher than it really is. The PCM then tries to lower you Injector Control Pressure, and that makes for white smoke, lopes, difficult starts, weak throttle, the works.
