OK guys I need some help here. I started my truck and it ran for perhaps 30 seconds then started missing then died. I got it to restart briefly the next day for about 2 minutes but it died. I ran my Scantool MT2500 while cranking and got the following:

I get the following codes P0603 ICM KAM error and P1294 High side open bank 2 left.

I ran a buzz test which seemed OK, tried to start it with the ICP disconnected, checked the fuel filter, listened to the fuel pump, checked the HPOP oil level and all were OK.

Stumped!
