The guy selling the one on ebay is a dealer. He picks up low mileage vehicles off CL and posts them on ebay after he cleans them and polishes them up.

What you have is a "No Boundaries" Excursion. They were produced during the last part of the 2001 MY to boost lagging sales. The have the outward appearances of a 2002 MY truck:

-Crystaline Headlights
-Chrome strip in the lower cladding
-Monochrome Black
-16 inch "Limited" Mags

What they didn't have we're the interior comforts of a 2002 truck:

-Automatic climate control
-On wheel controls for the AC and radio
-Dual, power, heated seats
-Memory driver seat

As they retained the 2001 stylings on the interior.

Ah.. That explains alot. I knew I had the no boundaries package but i thouvht it was just all black painted everything. Thanks. And yeah, I wish I had at least got the steering wheel controls and the auto climate control.
