I wish it was closer to me. I've been wishing for something like that for a drivetrain swap into my Bronco.

 

On at least some Ford trucks, there is a rubber bump stop at the top of the pedal pocket. It’s round and on an eccentric bolt that allows you to spin it and raise or lower the clutch pedal.
This is primarily to match the height of the brake pedal, when changes are made, but can serve as a general adjustment as well.

If your truck is so equipped, then it might just need adjustment.
If your truck’s pedal is way off, the bump stop may actually have broken, or fallen out, or been removed by a PO.
