SO I HAVE READ ON HERE, "Ford went metric wheel pattern from 8 on 6 1/2 to 8 on 170 MM in 96".
But I have read a difference in opinion TOO. "It was for the 99 model year (which actually came out in 98). 97-older 250 & 350 have the 8 on 6.5" bolt pattern."
"Yeah, when the Super Duty body style came out. 99 and up are the 170mm bolt pattern. Anything on 97 and prior model years will fit your truck."
"Chevy wheels often have a smaller center hole and will not fit over ford hubs. Chevy didn't go metric on the 8 lugs like Ford, but the center hole is small and WILL NOT fit over the hub. You can put a Ford wheel on a Chevy, but you can NOT put a Chevy (or Dodge) wheel on a Ford."
Looks like SD center caps, but I am not experienced with the new truck wheels to tell if they came off a new Ford.
Oh yea I hear ya, after taking care of all the things I NEED to take care of, I might treat myself to one thing I want. It would have to be a really BIG lottery, like dream status big, before I drop that kinda $ on that CC.. No worries I have a "list" too, and getting you a FTE hat would make the list. lol
A powder coated frame, every bolt replaced, but they didnt bother to repaint the inner fenderwells??
An overhauled 390 with no pictures, but we get a glimpse of seat covers and a bluetooth radio, thank God for that. Do they even make an aftermarket stereo without bluetooth??
