So I am going to buy the nampa filter kit, cheaper. My question is what is the best way to install it as far as splicing in the lines? I have heard lots of ideas people have. I don't mind an in line application apposed to bypass. Also if I got a four hose fitting, to take in more flow. Don't have a clue.
I don't mind heater stopping when filter is clogged, I can just change it. Can the filters handle the flow? The best set up is what I'm looking for.
He cant or Shouldn't set it up with an Inline heater Filter because it wont Filter anything with Max A/C ON See the Valve circled in RED Below in the First Pic that STops the Flow when A/C ON
I used a Napa Kit with Pex fittings Tyed in same but the return on Mine is Different it Don't reduce to that Small Line
You can only filter as much as the smallest fitting will allow
I drill the Inlet in the filter out and Tyed the return into the Heater Return line
IPR makes a kit that filters 100% flow before the Oil Cooler but its spendy
