Headlight Switch 1956
Do I need a special tool to remove the Headlight Switch. My Shop Manual dont mention a tool but I dont know for sure. I removed the **** with shaft but I am not sure how to proceed and would appreciate some help. Thanks!

If you are removing the entire switch from the dash , there is a tool Tool, Switch Removal Tool - Ford F-100 Parts which mid-fifty has. This tool has two pens at one end which help to unscrew the lock nut on the switch.

I will try with a small homemade tool and if I fail I am going to order the tool from Midfifty. Obama is going to visit us on wednesday. Maybe he could
bring one in Air Force One!!!
