Was coming back with my son from getting fuel for the start of the work week and saw a F 250 CC off to the side of the road, looked in the rear veiw and saw there was some one under the front end. I made a u turn and went back to see if I could help out and the steering link was disco'd from the pitman arm.I said looks like you got alittle problem, he told me that this work was all done 6 months ago, apon closer inspection I noticed he wasn't lying and the tie rod had sheared off at the socket. I asked if he needed a ride to get some parts or to a tow truck, He said he had just taken the tools out of the truck and lived in Hamilton which is about 50 minutes away.I told him jump in and took him down to the local autozone , stopped at the house and and got myfrontend tools and put it in on the side of the road for him. During all this time I was talking to him and heard the money he was putting into the truck and proceded to turn him on to FTE and made a new friend to boot. By the way I talked him into the Moog parts, and he didn't question me why. He had his family in the truck and I think he understood !
Glad no one was hurt . Reminds me of when I found my neighbor sitting in the wrong lane facing oncoming traffic . Both front tires of his SD were pointing opposite directions ! Tie rod busted , just replaced a few months earlier . We got a tractor , picked up the front , " towed " him back to his house , which he could see ! He fixed the next day . He was getting ready to haul a load of cattle ! He was lucky .
Good to see you back.
I tried to REP you for the good dead. You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Per4mance again.
So had the guy that you helped go with Chinese parts the first time around?
A local garage put them in where he lives, charged him 900.00 in front end work all Chineese crap and he's going to take it back Monday and I don't blame him. Think of all the vehicels out on the road with this junk in them....maybe we should have inspection twice a year ?

That's a good deed, I would have done the same thing.

I told her go out and see what's up, calls me back and said it was the guy that I helped out Sunday and is going to have my wife do the lettering for all his trucks (she has a vinyl graphics business ) I guess it pays to be nice cause Ii been soooo far behind from Sandy you have no idea My hats off to Miguel you rock !
