SO if you do have Fuel in Oil its likely from Injector Orings
You need to be 110% Positive though
If I was you I would Check the Oil Leval with the truck cold make a Mental Note where its at and then Drive a few weeks
If its putting Fuel in the oil you will see it rise on the dipstick over time
As far as it running worse with Fresh oil this is very Common
The deal is the 6.0L Shears its Oil so its A lot thinner when its got 5K Miles on it
Then you add fresh oil and its Like hONEY CONSISTENCY compared to the old oil and it is Harder for the injector Spool Valve to Shuttle Back-N-Forth threw
Your going to need a Gauge to trouble shoot them Engine sensors
DashBoss
ScanGaugeII
there is Torq APP not shure what this one Does
DTC INFO
P2262
Stuck turbo, MAP sensor, MAP hose plugged up; sensor unplugged, or leaking, CAC leaks, intake leaks, exhaust restriction, EBP sensor or EBP tube plugged. This code is set when MGP does not go above 5 kPa or 0.7 psi when the following conditions are met: rpm must be above 2800; VFDES above 20; and EGRVP is below 0.10. All of these conditions must be met for 5 seconds for the code to be set.
Am i going to jack things up by driving like it is ( the miss) ? which in the drive way in park is noticeable from 1100RPMs to 1800RPMS and of course when the engine is under load

Kinda High risk to Drive it
OverBoost can Lift the Heads off the Deck of engine
But I think your Not making enough Boost so you probably OK to drive it
That^^Said if you do drive it Drive it like an Old Lady or atleast keep Boost PSI Low as possible
would be worth checking into some gauges for it. One that goes to the OBDII Port
Could be wrong but I think your Problem is the P2262 DTC and Not Fuel delivery issue
If you cant smell fuel anymore and have ruled out injectors, look into the EGR system too, rule out a possible EGR purge at idle or too much EGR actuation during light load. This will cause a miss as well.
