FedEx delivered my Fuel Injection System today, I've read a lot about it and talked to a few who have installed it on other cars, but no one who's put it on a FE truck engine. My new 390 should be ready by the end of August and will install the fuel injection kit after the new motor is in. I plan to get the new motor running with the Holley and get the kinks worked out before installing this system.
If anyone has any tips or suggestions on installation I would love to hear them.
I got the kit that includes new electric fuel pump, all the fittings and the supply and return fuel lines.
Nice piece. Didn't FAST recently come out with their 2.0 version??
I'll race ya! I went with an E-Street cuz i didn't wanna run a return line plus it's less wiring. I'm a wee-bit leery of the wireless bluetooth communication but ya gotta admit the tablet is pretty cool.

The 2.0 version is capable of handling up to 1000 HP, I don't believe I'm going to be it that range. I got this hoping to get smooth throttle response, ease of starting and just maybe a little better fuel usage.....
I also got a new MSD ignition system to feed information to the computer on the fuel injection.
I am so jealous , please o please post install and testing . I wish i had the free cash to do this .
blue tooth within 10' will have no issues
That's good to know. I plan to take the tablet with me when it is parked/stored. I'm assuming it won't run without it.

Oh is that what it does? Yeah.. a 1000 hp FE would be nuts. 2X with the goals.. I hoping to eek out 20 mpg with a 360FE backed by a TKO-500 to be ordered come Monday. Dang... this $650 truck sure is getting expensive.
