fuel return kits

I want to replace all my fuel return lines and o-rings. Is there a kit I can buy and where can I buy it, if so? Dave, you mentioned lubricating the o-rings...what with? I really want to go first class with this, as I plan on this being my retirement truck...to carry me, my wife, our blood hound and border collie, pull our travel trailer and carry our motorcycle many miles and many days as we vagabond our way around America. I bought a pro comp electric fuel pump and am going to install it just after the fuel selector sw. Should I install a pre-filter and, if so, what sort? What size are the fuel lines? Why doesn't the signature line appear on the web pages anymore? Thank you [whoever you may be] so much for any info. I know most of this stuff is hidden in the old forums, but, I've looked till I'm blue in the face...hard to find stuff..and if you do a search, stuff comes back for all the forums, most of which I'm not very interested in.

i got my lines and o rings at international dealer, while i got warrenty work on the big truck. i think the o rings were twenty something cents apiece, and line dollar and something a foot. reused old clamps, the new ones were a pain to get on with the pliers i had.

I use either assembly oil or a slight dab of grease when I do mine for lubrication.
Ford has the return kit for about 20 dollars.

Smile return line kits

i just fixed the return lines on my 92' idi non turbo and my 94 idi turbo. kits are available at your local injection shop but you'll have to get acouple of extra pieces to do the idi turbo (extra collars with tee ports(3 nipples) and a extra 90 degree collar due to the routing of the return lines around the turbo.

Actually with a turbo you just put the cross over at the front of the engine instead of the rear as it is normally routed on a NA motor.

This is the return line setup on my turbo motor, I took this during the last teardown.
