Gas is the way to go today.

Is was not cheap but worth it with the price of oil today.
It runs about $250 a month in the dead of winter to keep my house at 69*

Drill the driveway!

I don't think I've ever paid $150, and that includes the stove, hot water and clothes dryer.
With an efficient boiler and some insulation I can't imagine...

Yeah, it's time for a new driveway anyhow Pete.
But if it were torn up the town would not allow it to go back because of permeable surface restrictions.
My neighbor put down some 1-1 1/2" stone because of mud and the town made him scrape it out and plant grass.
WTF? Traprock doesn't drain?

Well it seems the prospective buyer backed out if you're still interested. 2000 Focus ZX3 (hatchback) 5-speed, A/C, 148k, timing belt done @ 130k, runs great 27~30mpg. A few bumper blemishes from the PO, must have been their sons first car
