Good Morning All,
Got to fix a small leak on a heater hose and then water pump / radiator replacement will be complete. Switched to Fleetrite ELC, installed coolant bypass filter and dual alternator upper radiator hose.
Yesterday made run to the dump with all the stuff that got crapped up when the sewage drain pipe cracked - 8' truck bed was full. Now that it's all dry, time to shop vac and disinfect.

Take Care and Have a Great Day,
Jim

"Some" property and "a" garage means a lot of different things to a lot of different people. Please elaborate.

What, no starter mansion with new vinyl siding for you.

I prefer the old stuff myself. They have character unlike the new junk of today.

With rotten sills, antiquated wiring, leaky plumbing, poor insulation and lead paint.....

I love an old house.
(the one I'm living in dates from the civil war)

There's not a ceiling here that's 7'
The ones upstairs are 6'3" and the doors are 6' tall.
... I don't even think that counts as habitable space.

No land to drill here.

Pete has seen it when he brought me Jim's hood from NJ.

25 year old gas boiler and Slantfin.
It's still very inexpensive.
