How many Qts do you have in 13 1/2 will do just fine? I hope its not the Bed plate, can you sprayer down and take some pics when it starts leaking again, where does it look like the leak is coming from?
I add 1 pint of 2 stroke oil to every fillup year round. I run Power Service every tank in winter and Diesel Kleen every 3rd or 4th tank in summer. So far (knock on wood) I've had 0 problems.
I also use Prolong in my oil, trans fluid and add their fuel treatment every oil change. Some call it Snake Oil, but it's worked for me in every vehicle I have.

I don't know what my truck got for it first 145K miles but now at each fill
it gets a shot of Motorcraft cetane boost PM-22a. List price seems to be about
$10.00 .
I did notice that when I first got the truck the EGR valve was nasty and now with
the regular use of the PM-22a it not near as bad when I clean it with the oil change.
Here is the pre-PM-22a photo I don;t have an after using one. It's not near as dirty.
