Man I just gotta say, while I am a "fanboy" of the Dashboss, I do love the look of those gauges.

I might have to do a left pillar set. I remember riding in a diesel (before I had one) that had a set and thinking how cool they look. Not that I really spend $ on looks for my truck but I see a benefit. And I am a budding private pilot - we likey gauges....

A bit of redundancy is ok in my book.
I chose carbon fiber cups and modified each gauge bracket to sit lower. Converting the LED's to Green keeps the cockpit looking uniform.

There is a company which makes digital gauge which reports 2 different values in a single gauge... I have the FP & Volts, although I am second guessing myself I should have got FP & EGT and just stuck a simply digital voltage gauge into the cigarette lighter....

Dual Gauges

When you factor in the amount of space you save, less mounting HW, wiring, etc. the price is less shocking..

I'll take my edge insight which sits on the dash in a nice molded mod, never needs batteries, displays 8 things at once and just plain works.

HPOP press source ?

There is an analog gauge the measurers HPOP Pressure

Anyone know where you tap in to get the pressure ?
Is it straightforward, or a PIA ?

TIA................

SPA's the way to go if you want digital gauges, they include programmable warning limits that'll get your attention if out set parameters. I almost went that way but obviously chose analog Autometers to match.

There's lots of choices out there these days.

Yes, Autometer and others. Then all you need is the HPOP pigtail plug, or splice into the ICP factory wires.

BPD sells the school II for 169 fully programmed for the 6.0l. For those who do not want to program it themselves.

For my 3 analog gage pod, which are the best three gages to install to suppliment what I already have in my Scangage ? Choices include:

Scan gauge reads everything but low side oil pressure, fuel pressure, and EGT. (And coolant system pressure).

HPOP from Scangage ?

Is it true that HPOP can be read from Scangage ?

I didn't see it listed in either the list of standard gages, or the Xgages.

Can anyone supply the appropriate TDX, RFX, RXD and MTH values ?

Many thanks.............

Yes it will read it as ICP.

Inj. Control Press. (ICP / HPOP)

TXD: 07E0221446

RXF: 046205140646

RXD: 3010

MTH: 003900640000

NAM: ICP

Here's a great thread with just about every code you want.

Monster-4 put together a pretty good list of codes.

Thanks for keeping this thread alive. I didn't realize there were apps readily available. I was actually looking for a coupon code for Scanguage II when I found this thread. I just bought a Bluetooth OBD adapter off ebay. I'm assuming it will work.
