Fuel issues
I have a 1996 F150 with a 5.0. Once it gets hot i have to put the peddle to the floor to start it. Once it starts it will Idle fine. If you give it gas slow it idles up fine if you give it to much gas all at once it will sputter then take off. I have replace the plugs, wires and the fuel filter. It is showing no codes.

Do not have a fuel pressure testing unit....

I believe you can rent one from one of the parts stores. Without knowing fuel pressure & leak down it is all just a guess.
