fuel pressure
i have a 1999 ford f250 sd v-10. at idle my fuel pressure is right at 30 psi, when i rev the motor fuel pressure drops to 10 psi and lower. is that normal.

NO thats not normal it's off, the preasure should not drop below 30 ever. Have you checked your fuel filter or replaced it lately? that would be the first thing I would do if not. If thats not it I would suspect a weak fuel pump.

could it be the regulator. i have just changed the fuel filter.

also threw p0171,p0174, p1131 and p1151 engine codes
