fuel pressure regulator

My 2005 F250 wouldnt start this mornin! I was thinkin it could be my fuel pump or my fuel filters or the FICM but when i got home i pulled the fuel pump elec. connector and it is clean tried to start it again and nothin i checked my circut breakers and they are all good, then i pulled my fuel filter from on top of my engine to see if it was getting fuel after i relieved the pressure it filled up the bowl with fuel and i put it all back together my truck started like normal. Now i think it might be my fuel pressure regulator what do guys think?

yes, that will cause a problem.. How high is your fuel pressure?
