Do you solve the puzzles before the contestants? We do. Well, sometimes. And I need that ego boost after watching Jeopardy.

I'm getting anxious too. Only drew a doe antelope tag this year in WY. Thought about not bothering to go, but then we figured a trip is a trip so we might as well enjoy the travel. The doe tag was supposed to just be a second freezer filler. I think I am going to tow the Wrangler so that should add some interest.

I'm going to Montana this year.
Have Elk and deer tags.
Gonna try the other side of the park this year out around Dillon.
I believe over the counter elk B and antelope tags are available in Montana on Aug. 5th.
By over the counter I'm hoping they mean online also.
Gonna try to get an elk B tag to fill up the freezer.

I'm usually not paying attention.
Luckily a trained monkey could do my job on this show so I end up online.
Some shows I'm busy as hell.
All evens out in the end.

It seems like all the shots would be mapped out in advance for that show. I've noticed they have spots taped on the floor to tell Mr/Ms winner exactly where to stand. I figure that is more for the crew than anything.

There is a basic formula, but when you go to a new location everything changes so you have to tweak and improvise.
Those tape marks are for Pat and the contestants. That's we're the cameras can see them best and more importantly where they are lit.

Completely Off-Topic....

Off-topic in an all-topic thread? I suppose.

Anyone know where a PEX crimp tool for the stainless bands can be rented in my neck-of-the-woods?

I want to add an accumulator to the travel trailer's water system, and don't think I need a $50 (or more) crimper to do four connections.

And no, don't want to use SharkBites.

Though I'm a tool geek, there's just some times............

Pex crimp tool--the deal killer for small Pex jobs.

Anyone have any luck with hose clamps? I just have two connections on some 3/4".

My vote goes to hose clamps in an RV. But I wouldn't use hose clamps in closed spaces, within walls for example.
