Always wanted a deuce... there cheep too! considering what they are. i have heard rumor that you can pick up a deuce from $3000 dollars and up. last i heard the 100 dollar man was selling the "bobbed" deuces starting at 7 grand. 100Dollarman - Military Surplus Home!

Got a lead on a 49' ford F1 truck for sale, looks in fair shape. got a email out on it to see if its got good paperwork on it and if it runs. 3500 bux seems like a ok price at the moment.

sean! need to meet up with ya and pick up the lanterns... ive been trying to make time for the last 4 weeks. haha when it rains it pours.

Picked up a new/used yaesu FT-900 ham radio yesterday with a 25amp power supply and used 10 Meter vertical antenna for 400 dollars. be a nice radio upgrade to my yaesu FT-840 ham radio.... unsure what to do with the power supply at the moment as i have the exact same model already.

time to read up on antennas again!, ugh... it can be confusing to mind boggling to try and decide what antenna will work best and to build or buy said antenna.

That is truly a versatile, affordable, low-band rig! Stand-alone 25-watts AM, and a hundred SSB!

Now you need to find the antenna tuner for it!

Gonna' take it mobile or use it at home?

Tuner was already installed, now if i could find the antenna tuner that matches my FT-840 or decide on a aftermarket manual antenna tuner i wouldn't of been looking for a new radio...

the plan for the time being is to use it at home. but later on i may set the FT-900 or the FT-840 up with a nice big battery and a portable antenna and take it camping. i seem to have these dreams of driving the super duty up some big ole hill climb (so i get my 4x4 off roading the truck kicks) and then set a station up at the top.

do ya got a ham radio license pop? sure sounds like you know what your talkin about!

oh there's plenty of them to keep me busy too! at least this radio is not full of menu options. some of the newer radios you feel like you can get lost in the menus.

Anybody know if the seats on this F150 will fit in my F350 XL?

I finally worked up the nerve to remove the cloth cover on my front bench seat and the vinyl was fairly torn up on the driver's side bottom.

How do you make time to watch a movie? Do you catch bits and pieces when you're flying over drive-in theaters?

It's that place where you fall asleep watching a movie, then wake up and drive away without removing the speaker from your window. Or so I'm told

Lol, my wife saw it with her sister and loved it. Hmmm, maybe we need a movie G2G, or better yet at said drive in! Honestly, I catch up on those movies during transcontinental flights from my cramped coach seat. Can't sleep so might as well! LAX : Bangkok = 17 hrs...

17 hours in a cramped coach seat? Wow, I would go bonkers.
