I cannot get this truck to start. I have torn down the carb 3 times to find the clog. Everytime I think I get it, it still doesn't work. Its has a brand new filter on it that is clear.
Can you blow into a carb? Just seems like the problem is before the bowl. I feel so stupid cause this carb is so simple.
Okay figured it out, now I have a different problem. Now that I get fuel into the carb. Now fuel is coming out the two holes on the top of the carb. Where do I look now?
The carb gasket was holding down the needle in the bowl. The is fixed now.
Maybe the float is not set to the right level now?

Either the float is setway off, the needle is stuck, or you have some gunk in between your needle and seat that's preventing the needle from seating.
With today's junk ethanol fuels, they constantly gum up my carbs if I don't run stuff very often. For that reason, I always put some seafoam/Lucas/ Berryman's Chemtool in the tank.
When was the last time the carb was rebuilt? Mine was leaking out the top until I rebuilt it. Cost me all of $16.
