Hood release handle/cable
I have a 78 with the locking release handle .
Can't seem to find a replacement
This what I found

Will it work for what I need? I know it is not locking but I just need something that works at this point.

The locking hood latch is the same: 1978/79 F100/350 & Bronco & 1978/91 Econoline.
D5DZ-16914-A .. Locking Hood Latch Cable / Obsolete / 1975/76 Granada/Monarch / 1978/79 F100/350 & Bronco.
No Ford Dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any, AFAIK, it's not reproduced.
Econoline cable different length (shorter), 1980/86 F100/350 & Bronco is longer.
